California's Comprehensive Breast Cancer Primary Prevention Plan

To develop and initiate implementation of a comprehensive plan to promote primary prevention of breast cancer in California

As part of our program-directed initiatives, CBCRP intends to fund up to one project to develop a comprehensive plan in the form of a report to outline opportunities to promote primary prevention of breast cancer in California.

CBCRP seeks to support a transdisciplinary project lead by a cross-sector team to expand the existing approach to primary prevention by emphasizing health inequity, environmental exposures and other conditions beyond an individual's control over the usual expression of primary prevention such as lifestyle choices and personal habits.
